In the past there has generally been a lack of representation for Hindu students at campus level. From its beginnings as a small Freshers’ Fayre stall, National Hindu Students Forum has worked to build one of the most active networks of Hindu Youth in the UK.

NHSF was established in 1991 to bridge this gap and provide a home away from home for Hindu students and it has grown to have over 30 brances at campuses across the country, forming the largest Hindu students body in Europe.

Here at Hallam HSF we aim to preserve the Hindu culture and heritage by holding lots of interesting events, from social to religious to spiritual we have something to suit everybody. So come and see what we can offer!
