You have the right to feel safe and respected.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">This page explains what you can do, who you can contact, and how to look after yourself in the aftermath of a traumatic experience \u2014 wherever you study in the UK.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">If you are in immediate danger, call 999 if you or someone else is in danger or needs urgent medical attention. You can go to your nearest Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) for confidential medical care, emergency contraception, and forensic evidence collection (if you wish).
