Shri Sathya Sai Baba was a spiritual leader who inspired all around him to live a life of Truth, Love and Service.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Shri Sathya Sai Baba passed away at the age of 86 on Sunday 24<sup>th<\/sup> April 2011 at 7:40am (IST). Born in Puttaparthi, Andra Pradesh (India), Sathya Sai Baba led a life of simplicity through sewa (selfless service). He and his organisations help set up and support a variety of free educational institutions, hospitals and other charitable works in India and abroad. The Sri Sathya Sai University in Prashanthi Nilayam is the only college in India to have received an \u2018A++\u2019 rating, highlighting the importance of education within Shri Sai Baba\u2019s teachings.<\/p>\n<p>Although his objective was to \u2018establish sanatana dharma, which believes in one God as propitiated by the founders of all religions\u2019, he never requested any of his followers to ever give up their original religion. This emphasised the unity in diversity of Shri Sai Baba\u2019s teachings and brought to light the concept of \u2018vasudhaiva kutumbakam\u2019 \u2013 the whole world as one family.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; color: red;\"><strong>Sri Sathya Sai Baba<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; color: red;\">His Universal Message<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; color: red;\">His Humanitarian Works<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; color: red;\">His Inspiration To Humanity<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; color: red;\">These are list of just a few values that individuals remember Baba for. His message will continue to develop and he will nevertheless continue to touch many through inspiration, kind words, and ultimately service to mankind.<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of National Hindu Students Forum (UK) Shri Sathya Sai Baba will always be remembered for his love, truth and compassion for all. His teachings will continue to light the lamp of true service for many millions of more people in years to come. Spirituality implies recognizing that one\u2019s manifold capacities emanate from the Spirit and not from the mind, then utilizing them for achieving spiritual strength.
