Each team has a range of resources which often gets updated but not always archived; therefore it would be better to have a structure which enables resources to be easily updated when required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project description: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This project has been designed in order to create a system to ensure that resources can be kept up to date and accessed with ease. The project is broken down into two parts:<\/p>\n<p>1. To look at current resources and content, and update as necessary \u2013 there are many resources available from each team. Before the project can be complete, one must have all up-to-date resources which are currently available.<\/p>\n<p>2. Consider a mechanism to ensure resources and content are updated in the future \u2013 to continue the sustainability, establishing a simplistic way to continue the legacy of continuous content upload is critical, consequently simple navigation must be considered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resources needed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Laptop with internet connection<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Mobile phone for conference calls<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Organisation skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Communication skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Planning &amp; preparation<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to work as part of a team<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sustainability of the project: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once the project is complete, the construction will allow the organisation to function smoothly allowing chapters to access resources and allow national committee teams to be able to update the resources as and when required.
