This year, National Hindu Students Forum (UK) has been fortunate to be a part of numerous Deepawali celebrations including those at Scotland Yard, Parliament, 10 Downing Street and Trafalgar Square.
\nHindus are now being recognised for our immense contributions to the country and our thoughts are starting to be heard. It was great to see that throughout these celebrations, a consistent and practical message had been delivered by Hindus and non-Hindus alike; that we must be the ones to shine light where darkness exists. As we celebrate with our families and friends, let us remember this message and carry it with us throughout the rest of the year.<\/p>\n
In the meantime, all of us at NHSF (UK) wish you and your families a Shubh Deepawali and Nutan Varsh na Abhinandan (Happy Diwali and a Happy New Year).<\/p>\n
